Lower Back Pain


  1. Make a Knuckle.
  2. Put your Knuckle on your inside of foot.(or use stick like this picture.)
  3. Stimulate inside born.
  4. Up and down.

 

Stiff Shoulder


  1. Shoulder point is Joint of a finger.
  2. Put your thum on the point of Trapezius muscle.
  3. Move inside to outside.

 

 

Fatigue



 

If you have fatigue.You have to do recoever circulation and performance of liver.

 

  1. Put your index finger in the midlle of foot.(Both foot)
  2. Move up to down
  3. Stimulate 1min -2min.
  4. Liver point is only right foot.
  5. Put your thum on the joint of ring finger on your right foot.
  6. Move down to up.1min.
